This Privacy Policy describes how the TennisDraw (Doubles Pairings) mobile application (“the App”), provided by melesselem, handles your information.

Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information. The App functions entirely on your device and does not transmit any data to us or to any third party.

Local Storage

The App stores the draw sessions you create (player counts, court counts, pairings, scores) locally on your device using the device’s own storage. This data:

  • is not transmitted by the App to us or any third party;
  • is accessible only by you and the App;
  • is removed when you uninstall the App or clear the App’s data.

If you have enabled your device’s backup feature (iCloud Backup on iOS, Auto Backup on Android, or similar), your operating system may include the App’s local data in those backups. This behavior is controlled by your device’s settings and is outside the App’s control.

How We Share Information

We do not share any information with third parties, because we do not collect any.

When you use the App’s Share feature, the App passes formatted text (player numbers, match results) to your device’s system share sheet. The system share sheet is operated by the OS and lets you choose where to send the text (e.g., a messaging app). The App itself does not transmit data to any external service.

Third-Party Services

The App does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, crash reporting services, or any other third-party data-collecting components.

Permissions

The App does not request access to camera, location, contacts, microphone, photos, or any other sensitive device features.

Children’s Privacy

The App is suitable for all ages. Because the App does not collect any information from any user, no information is collected from children either. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in the user’s jurisdiction).

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the page.

本プライバシーポリシーは、melesselem が提供するモバイルアプリ TennisDraw（ダブルス組み合わせ）（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者 情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。

収集する情報

本アプリは、利用者の個人情報を一切収集しません。 本アプリは利用者 の端末内で完結して動作し、開発者または第三者へ情報を送信しません。

端末内での保存

利用者が作成した組み合わせ（プレーヤー数・コート数・ペア・スコア）は、 端末のローカルストレージに保存されます。このデータは:

  • 本アプリから開発者または第三者へ送信されません。
  • 利用者本人と本アプリだけがアクセスできます。
  • 本アプリのアンインストール、またはアプリデータの消去で削除されます。

端末のバックアップ機能（iOS の iCloud Backup・Android の Auto Backup 等） を有効にしている場合、本アプリのローカルデータも OS によってバックアップ に含まれることがあります。これは利用者の端末設定で制御される動作で、 本アプリが行うものではありません。

情報の共有

本アプリは情報を一切収集しないため、第三者と共有することもありません。

「共有」機能を使うと、本アプリは整形済みのテキスト（プレーヤー番号や 試合結果）を端末の OS が提供する共有シートに渡します。共有シートは OS が管理する仕組みで、利用者自身が送信先（メッセージアプリ等）を 選びます。本アプリ自体が外部サービスへデータを送信することはありません。

第三者サービス

本アプリは、解析・広告 SDK・クラッシュレポートサービスなど、データを 収集する第三者コンポーネントを 一切使用しません。

権限

本アプリは、カメラ・位置情報・連絡先・マイク・写真など、機密性の高い 端末機能への権限を 要求しません。

児童のプライバシー

本アプリは全年齢を対象としています。本アプリはいかなる利用者からも情報 を収集しないため、児童からも情報を収集しません。13 歳未満（または利用 者所在地で定められた最低年齢未満）の児童から、故意に個人情報を収集する ことはありません。

ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは更新されることがあります。更新時はページ冒頭の「最終更新日」 を改めます。重要な変更がある場合はページ内で明示します。
