This Privacy Policy describes how the EigOops mobile application (“the App”), provided by melesselem, handles your information.

Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information. The App functions entirely on your device and does not transmit any data to us or to any third party. The App does not require an account and does not need an internet connection.

Local Storage

The App stores your learning history (your answers, what to review and when, and settings such as whether audio is on) locally on your device using the device’s own storage. This data:

  • is not transmitted by the App to us or any third party;
  • is accessible only by you and the App;
  • is removed when you uninstall the App or clear the App’s data.

If you have enabled your device’s backup feature (iCloud Backup on iOS, Auto Backup on Android, or similar), your operating system may include the App’s local data in those backups. This behavior is controlled by your device’s settings and is outside the App’s control.

Moving to Another Device

The App can show a code on its screen that carries your learning history, so that you can continue on another device by scanning the code with that device’s camera. The history travels only inside the code image that you show and scan; the App does not send it anywhere.

The code is a link to this website. If the link is opened in a web browser instead of the App, the browser requests a page from this website like any other web page. Your learning history is placed in the part of the link that browsers do not send to any server, so it does not reach this website or us.

Audio

To read English aloud, the App passes the text to the speech feature built into your device’s operating system. That feature is provided and controlled by the operating system and its settings; the App itself does not transmit the text to any external service.

How We Share Information

We do not share any information with third parties, because we do not collect any.

Third-Party Services

The App does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, crash reporting services, or any other third-party data-collecting components.

Permissions

The App does not request access to camera, location, contacts, microphone, photos, or any other sensitive device features. Scanning a code to move to another device is done with your device’s own camera app, outside the App.

Children’s Privacy

The App is suitable for all ages. Because the App does not collect any information from any user, no information is collected from children either. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in the user’s jurisdiction).

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the page.

本プライバシーポリシーは、melesselem が提供するモバイルアプリ EigOops（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取り扱いについて 定めるものです。

収集する情報

本アプリは、利用者の個人情報を一切収集しません。 本アプリは利用者 の端末内で完結して動作し、開発者または第三者へ情報を送信しません。 アカウントは不要で、ネット接続も必要ありません。

端末内での保存

学習の履歴（解答、復習の予定、音声のオン・オフなどの設定）は、端末の ローカルストレージに保存されます。このデータは:

  • 本アプリから開発者または第三者へ送信されません。
  • 利用者本人と本アプリだけがアクセスできます。
  • 本アプリのアンインストール、またはアプリデータの消去で削除されます。

端末のバックアップ機能（iOS の iCloud Backup・Android の Auto Backup 等） を有効にしている場合、本アプリのローカルデータも OS によってバックアップ に含まれることがあります。これは利用者の端末設定で制御される動作で、 本アプリが行うものではありません。

別の端末への引き継ぎ

本アプリは、学習の履歴を載せたコードを画面に表示できます。別の端末の カメラでこのコードを読み取ると、その端末で続きから学べます。履歴は 表示して読み取るコードの画像の中だけを移動し、本アプリがどこかへ送信 することはありません。

コードの中身は本サイトへのリンクです。本アプリではなくブラウザで開かれた 場合、ブラウザは通常のウェブページと同じように本サイトのページを取得 します。学習の履歴はリンクのうちブラウザがサーバーへ送らない部分に 置かれているため、本サイトにも開発者にも届きません。

音声

英語の読み上げには、端末の OS に組み込まれた読み上げ機能を使います。 本アプリは読み上げる英文をその機能に渡すだけで、外部サービスへ送信 することはありません。読み上げ機能の動作は OS とその設定に従います。

情報の共有

本アプリは情報を一切収集しないため、第三者と共有することもありません。

第三者サービス

本アプリは、解析・広告 SDK・クラッシュレポートサービスなど、データを 収集する第三者コンポーネントを 一切使用しません。

権限

本アプリは、カメラ・位置情報・連絡先・マイク・写真など、機密性の高い 端末機能への権限を 要求しません。引き継ぎのコードの読み取りは、本 アプリの外で端末のカメラアプリが行います。

児童のプライバシー

本アプリは全年齢を対象としています。本アプリはいかなる利用者からも情報 を収集しないため、児童からも情報を収集しません。13 歳未満（または利用 者所在地で定められた最低年齢未満）の児童から、故意に個人情報を収集する ことはありません。

ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは更新されることがあります。更新時はページ冒頭の「最終更新日」 を改めます。重要な変更がある場合はページ内で明示します。
